Patented Sign Frame Design
The 11x14 Sign Holder Frame has a uniquely engineered "Lift Top" design. The patented, Insta-Change sign holder features a concealed double-hinged inner mechanism that provides quick and easy access to the 1/4" wide sign panel channel. There are no exposed open slots. The Lift Top frame is designed to resist any tampering easily.
The Insta-Change Frame system requires authorized personnel familiar with the floor stand sign holder to lift the frame's top bar and swivel it at an angle. When raised, the bar exposes the 11x14 frame slot to access the sign panel and place or change signage.
Order For Single-Sided or Double-Sided Viewing
It's your choice to display an 11x14 size sign on one frame side or add a second sign on the other side. Deluxe Hospitality Sign Holder creates an elegant presentation either way. As an option, you can order the Black Sintra and one Clear Plexiglas Acrylic for one-sided viewing. Or order two clear Plexiglas Acrylics. Just sandwich your signs between the two acrylics and insert them into the frame slot. (you can also insert one sign printed on both sides)
Portable, Heavy-Duty for Indoor Applications
The sturdy 11x14 Hospitality Sign Holder Floorstand is all-aluminum construction suitable for indoor use in highly trafficked areas. The post is attached to a flat 14" diameter steel base with an aluminum cover rolled under the bottom, creating a rim around the outer edge to help protect floors.
Unlike other sign holders, Deluxe Hospitality Floor Stands have solid steel inner weights that cannot crack, making this heavy-duty 11 x 14 sign holder ideal for standing in all public locations.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Extreme outdoor conditions such as excessive moisture, temperature or other damage due to out-of-door elements.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
