This sign stand comes with a fillable base and pole for upright stability. The weighted base can be filled with water or sand for additional ballast support if needed. It's also adjustable. The Tracker design stands up securely with a telescopic pole system and four 3/4" #3 grommets to hold one of four available graphic sizes.

This product is warranted against all defects in materials or workmanship for 1 Year from the date of the original purchase. This Warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or artistry within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. However, the customer must return the defective product prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use, or impairment caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood, or product impairment resulting from widespread field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Extreme outdoor conditions, such as excessive moisture, temperature, or other damage from outdoor elements.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized, or improperly installed products.
Please email our customer service for an RMA # (return authorization number). No returns for Warranty related issues will be accepted without such authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, we must be notified within 30 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in their original box/packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item, we will issue a credit less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All orders exceeding $2,500 or customized are deemed non-returnable.

International Orders - We do not accept returns when shipping to locations outside of the USA. All sales are final, so please triple check all details of your order before proceeding.

Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time

This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered.
